My purchase got declined, but I have a charge on my account. Did I get charged?

No, unfortunately the order did not go through, usually this is because the banking institution denied payment for a mismatch in the information submitted (Name, Address, or CVV number).

What you see in your account is a pending charge placed by the banking institution, since no funds were taken by us. Usually these are removed within 2-7 business days, depending on your banking institution.
